Create quizzes

Now we can click on the left menu Quizzes item to create Quizzes and click on the Add a New Quiz Button.

Then fill the title, description and save the draft as always.

We will do the same process as courses, so for now we left the quiz there and focus on creating all the questions and finish the configuration latter.
